By engaging in any of the services offered by J D Ranney Coaching (aka “Chiron Rising Coaching”, “Julia Ranney”)​, referred to here as “Service Provider”, you (referred to here as “Client”) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

The Client is aware that the relationship with the Service Provider does not represent psychological counseling or any kind of therapy. The Client is also aware that results can vary and are not guaranteed. The Client agrees that they are engaging with the service and Service Provider with the understanding that the Client is responsible for their own decisions and results. The Client also agrees to hold the Service Provider free from all liability for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of advice given by the Service Provider.

The Client and the Service Provider will meet at the scheduled day and time. If the Client fails to make the appointment time, the Client is still responsible for the full session fee, unless 24 hours notice was given to reschedule the call. The Service Provider will make every effort to reschedule with the Client.
