My Philosophy

“You are the universe experiencing itself.”

-Often attributed to Alan Watts

Psychological astrology brings your inner world into conscious awareness. Through it we can uncover the patterns, wounds, and potentials that quietly shape your life, often without you realizing it. This isn't about sun sign stereotypes or predictive generalizations. It's about using astrology as a tool for healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding.

A Symbolic and Psychological Approach

This work blends the symbolic and the psychological. It honors both the soul and the psyche.

We live in a culture that pushes certainty, productivity, and black-and-white thinking — but people don't work that way. We each carry our own wounds, gifts, and inner landscapes. There's no single right way to heal, and trying to force ourselves into someone else's version of growth can be more harmful than helpful.

I blend psychological astrology with Jungian interpretation and approaches similar to Internal Family Systems and parts therapy. We're not just analyzing your chart. We're finding ways to healthily express and integrate the parts of yourself you've pushed aside or never fully met.

You Were Born Whole.

Here's something I come back to often: when you were first born, all of the energies in your chart were in harmony. Life happens, things get complicated, and parts of yourself can get tucked away. Sometimes this happens because they didn't feel safe to express them, and sometimes because the world just didn't have space for them.

The work we do together is about bringing those pieces back. Not forcing them, not fixing them, just making room for them again.

This isn't about prediction

I'm not here to tell you what's going to happen. I actually think you have more power over your life than you realize. Your chart isn't a fixed script, but rather a map of potentials. My job is to help you understand yourself and your own intuition more deeply so you can get out of your own way.

What Healing Really Looks Like:

What Healing Really Looks Like:

Healing is one of the most meaningful things you can do for yourself, for your relationships, and for the world. It can also be uncomfortable and frustrating to sit with the most tender pieces of yourself.

Part of my practice is analytical, intended to feel grounding, helpful, and giving you something concrete to hold onto. But the other part is about facilitating deep emotion. I don't think that's a side effect of this work. I think it's the work. I'm not here to tell you that your feelings are too much or too intense. I'm here to give you permission to feel whatever comes up.

If you're doing this work at all, you're already incredibly brave. It takes courage to turn inward in a world that teaches you to numb or avoid. Even when it feels like nothing is changing, the smallest internal shifts can be profound.

Why Chiron Rising?

This practice is called Chiron Rising because much of what brings us into healing begins with acknowledging and feeling into the wound.

When you transform your inner world, you transform your outer world. That's the heart of everything I do.
