The Heart of this Practice

“You are the universe experiencing itself.”

-Often attributed to Alan Watts

Inside each of us lives a kind of cosmic compass. An internal universe that shapes how we experience the outer world. Psychological astrology brings that universe into conscious awareness. Through it, we can uncover patterns, wounds, and potentials that often live just beneath the surface, quietly guiding our lives.

A Symbolic and Psychological Approach

This work blends the symbolic and the psychological. It honors both the soul and the psyche. It’s not about sun sign stereotypes or predictive generalizations. It’s about using astrology as a tool for healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding.

We live in a culture that pushes certainty, productivity, and black-and-white thinking, but people don’t work that way. We each carry our own wounds, gifts, learning styles, and inner landscapes. There’s no single “right” way to heal, and trying to force ourselves into someone else’s version of growth can be more harmful than helpful.

What Healing Really Looks Like:

What Healing Really Looks Like:

Healing is one of the most meaningful things you can do for yourself, for your relationships, and for the world. It can also be uncomfortable and frustrating to delve into the most tender pieces of yourself.

If you're doing this work, I want you to know you’re already incredibly brave. It takes courage to turn inward in a world that teaches you to numb or avoid. Even when it feels like nothing is changing, the smallest internal shifts can be profound.

Readiness & Responsibility

This practice is called Chiron Rising because much of what brings us into healing begins with the wound. We start there, not to stay in pain, but to free it.

These sessions are meant to support insight and clarity. That often means working with what feels uncomfortable or unresolved. While I hold space for emotional safety, I do not avoid difficult material if it arises. My approach is honest, reflective, and paced by your needs.
